The ingredients are beautifully balanced relying on flavor and quality, and not on fats, salts, or sugars. It’s very obvious to me that the chef and creator of this food has experience in top notch fine dining and is able to translate that background effortlessly into a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and soups. They also serve coffee. This is a must stop and definitely worth a detour.”
